Visit the traditional pasta makers Famiglia Martelli

In the nearby ancient village of Lari, dominated by its castle ``Il Castelo Vicari``, just 13 kilometres away. The visit starts from the central square of Lari with an introduction to the village and the history that has marked it over the centuries. We then proceed to the pasta factory entering the processing rooms: a small artisan company that produces bronze-drawn pasta using very traditional methods and concepts. During the visit you will know what are the techniques and the tricks that make this pasta and the family that produces it famous all over the world.
